Connecting to internal runtime API

You need to know URI, user name an password of the runtime server. The example of the configuration part for dialog-beta is:

{
    "url": "https://gateway-s.watsonplatform.net/dialog-beta/api/v2/rest",
    "username": "bc043a88-c77a-4505-b18a-14d4b7a16804",
    "password": "*********"
}

Connecting to local instance of conversational store API

Presumed that URI of the dialog in tooling is: http://9.138.231.113:9000/us-south/4fxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxc49ac6b/workspaces/9d975994-e422-4aa0-b337-8b5b7a7fd61c/dialog

Then the configuration (in configuration pane) should be:

{
    "url": "http://9.138.231.113:9100/v1/",
    "headers": {
        "Content-Type" : "application/json",
        "X-Watson-Origin": "clientv2",
        "X-Watson-UserInfo":" bluemix-instance-id=4fxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxc49ac6b;bluemix-region-id=us-south"}
    }
}

You do not need to set user name and passord as credentials are embedded in bluemix-instance-id part of the header. Please mind that port is different, default port for API is 9100 while for web tooling is 9000.
